MENTORING & NETWORKING OF DIRECTORS
Empowering and training Youth Ministry volunteer’s to function effectively assists to instill a sense of connection to the larger ministry in general and the Unity, United Centers for Spiritual Living and New Thought movements.

CHURCH CONSULTATIONS
Consultations begin with a meeting of the Ministry Leadership to discuss the immediate concerns and ideal vision they hold for the Youth & Family Ministry Program.  Observation of the existing program on a Sunday morning is essential to identify additional areas of concern that may otherwise go undetected. 

After services a lunch meeting is held with  volunteer staff, Church Leadership & interested parents.  In the upcoming weeks a comprehensive written report with ideas for improvement, “how-to” information, Unity Resources and a step by step recommendation to proceed in the desired direction is presented.
